Unwaver is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), together with these additional terms.
Not medical advice
Unwaver is a habit and nutrition tracker. It does not provide medical, nutritional or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian or other professional. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet, exercise or challenge, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and get help if something feels wrong.
Estimates
Calories and nutrients from photos, descriptions, labels and recipes (including features marked Beta) are estimates and can be wrong. Food database information comes from third parties and may contain errors. Check amounts before relying on them.
Subscriptions
- Unwaver and Unwaver Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed to your Apple Account.
- A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- AI features include a fair-use daily limit.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or its AI features, try to get around limits, or use them to break the law.

Unwaver is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Serban Marketing is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including reliance on estimates or suggestions.
